MyStake Reviews: No British Licence, and a Pulled Rating

MyStake reviews almost never mention the two facts that matter most to a British reader. Trustpilot has suspended its rating for a guidelines breach, and the Gambling Commission register returns nothing for it. The welcome offer needs €60,000 of turnover to clear in full. Our score: 3.4 out of 10.

The offer is 300% up to €1,500, spread across your first three deposits. The minimum deposit is €20 and the bonus expires after 30 days.

Now the part that decides everything. Wagering is 30x on the deposit plus the bonus, not the bonus alone. That single word doubles the work.

To collect the full €1,500 you have to deposit €500 across the three. Deposit and bonus together come to €2,000, and thirty times €2,000 is €60,000 of turnover before a penny converts to cash.

The maximum bet while a bonus is live is £5. At £5 a spin, €60,000 of turnover is roughly 12,000 spins, and the bonus expires in 30 days — about 400 maximum-stake spins every day for a month.

Most MyStake reviews quote the 300% and stop there. Whatever you deposit, the rule is the same: thirty times your deposit and your bonus combined. The promotions page lists fifteen, among them a 50% weekend casino reload, a 170% crypto deposit bonus, 10% crypto cashback, a 10% loyalty deposit bonus, first-week cashback and a VIP loyalty scheme.

One term caps the lot of them. Winnings from any free spins or free bets are limited to €100, whatever the promotion says and whatever wagering it carries. A free-spin win above that is not paid.

Games and providers

MyStake carries several thousand games across slots, live casino, game shows, mini games and a sportsbook. It is a genuinely large library, and the sportsbook is a real one rather than a token tab.

The count depends which page you read. Figures of “5,000+”, “6,600+” and “8,000+” all appear across the operator’s own builds, and a third-party count puts it near 7,000. MyStake reviews tend to pick whichever number flatters the write-up.

Getting your money out

The 20% clause is the one to read twice, and the one MyStake reviews skip. Deposit money, change your mind before wagering it once, and a fifth of the withdrawal is kept.

Win big and the caps bind hard. A €50,000 win is not a payout, it is a three-and-a-half month payment plan at €15,000 a month, and inside each month you are further limited to €7,500 a week.

MyStake states crypto withdrawals often complete within minutes and card or bank payouts in 24 to 48 hours. Trustpilot and AskGamblers reviewers describe a slower reality, with payout rejections tied to identity checks and winnings withheld on multiple-account or bonus-breach grounds.

Withdrawal limits and verification

Identity documents must be supplied in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, and where that is not possible the operator can require video verification in which you show your documents on camera.

Two clauses sit behind that. Where fraud is suspected, MyStake can close an account and return the last deposits minus 20%. Where an account is terminated, it can deduct up to 50% of the remaining deposit as a termination fee. Neither requires notice or a stated reason.

One account is permitted per person, household or IP address. A shared household connection is enough to put two players in breach.

Depositing

The minimum is €20. Cards, a range of alternative methods and ten-plus cryptocurrencies are accepted, and the site takes GBP alongside EUR, USD and others.

Every deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn, separately from any bonus wagering.

What most MyStake reviews miss

• Trustpilot has withdrawn the rating. Not lowered it — removed it, for a guidelines breach.
• Nothing here is covered by British consumer protection. There is no statutory dispute route from Britain.
• Wagering is on deposit plus bonus, which roughly doubles the real cost against a bonus-only 30x.
• €100 caps every free-spin win, regardless of the promotion.
• Up to 50% of a deposit can be kept as a termination fee.
• Complaints expire after two months. Raise one later and it may be disregarded.

That last one deserves its own line. Most disputes surface when a withdrawal is refused, which is often months into an account’s life. A two-month window closes the door on a good share of them.

What players say, and what MyStake reviews leave out

MyStake has 24,636 Trustpilot reviews and no score. The page carries a warning panel reading “This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines”, and beneath it: “We’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company.”

The star spread still displays — 78% five-star, 11% four, 2% three, under 1% two and 8% one — but a distribution is not worth much once the platform has said some of the reviews behind it were fabricated. Mobile and apps

The site runs in a mobile browser. No native app is published on its own pages.

Customer support

Support runs by email at [email protected] with live chat on site, and the operator advertises 24/7 cover. No telephone number is published.

Complaints go to [email protected] and must be raised within two months. If the operator does not resolve one, its terms name no adjudicator, pointing only to “any independent body” listed on the site. There is nobody specific to escalate to.

Is MyStake safe?

MyStake is not on the British register. A search of the Gambling Commission’s business register for “mystake” on 10 August 2026 returns no results, and neither does one for GTW B.V.

It does hold a Curaçao permission. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate records GTW B.V. under OGL/2024/250/0115, granted on 1 July 2024 and currently active. That is a real permission from a real body, and it is not the same thing as British oversight. What a British licence covers sets out the difference in practical terms.

The site accepts GBP and its terms do not list the United Kingdom among the countries it refuses. It is set up to take British money without offering British protections.

Responsible gambling tools

British players should skip it.
