Every positive review on the first page carries an operator reply, and several of those replies open with the identical sentence. Read them as marketing rather than as evidence.

Is NineWin safe?

The Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate of operation for ninewin.com, read on 8 August 2026, names Three Cats B.V. as the operator, gives 26 September 2025 as the date the permission was first granted, and shows it as active.

The authority’s own register of online gaming licences, last updated on 6 August 2026, adds the expiry the certificate leaves out. The current term runs from 26 March 2026 to 26 September 2026, so the permission behind this site has about seven weeks left before it needs renewing.

That is normal for Curaçao, where terms run in six-month blocks, and it is not an accusation. It is the thing to check before you leave a balance anywhere: the authority’s enforcement register for 10 July 2026 records no action against this company, and the register is where a lapse would show first.

None of this reaches Britain. A Curaçao certificate does not put your money under British rules, and no British body will hear a dispute about it. That is the gap NineWin reviews gloss over when they call the site regulated.

It is also the better warning of the two. The authority’s register shows that Xtraspin entry as having run from 16 July 2025 to 16 January 2026, with its status now given as an assessment in progress, while the site’s own certificate page still reports it as active.

A brand’s own badge and the register behind it can say different things. The register is the one to read.

Groups that genuinely share an operator, like Donbet and MyStake, can be traced through one company on one certificate. NineWin cannot, on what is published.

Who NineWin suits, and who should skip it

Nobody in Britain, for the simple reason that nobody in Britain can get in. That is the short answer NineWin reviews owe a UK reader before anything else.
