Dotty Bingo is one of ten brands on one account

Broadway Gaming Limited runs Dotty Bingo alongside Glossy Bingo, Rosy Bingo, Butlers Bingo, Bingo Diamond, Fluffy Wins, Casino of Dreams, Casino Fantastico, Jungle Reels and Lucky247. All sit on the same account, all marked active.

This is not the usual loose “same group” claim. Loaded on 10 August 2026, Glossy Bingo carries the same headline offer to the pound, the same three promotions under the same names, the same bingo rooms and the same terms document.

The practical consequence is worth stating early. Signing up at a second Broadway brand gets you a second welcome offer, but not a different site — and a self-exclusion set at one brand alone does not cover the other nine. Our casino sister sites pages map who owns what.

The Dotty Bingo welcome offer, and what it really costs to clear

The headline reads “Deposit £10, Get 100% Bingo Bonus up to £100”. Match is 100%, cap is £100, and the bonus is the smaller of those two figures.

Deposit £10 and you get £10, with 3x wagering on the bonus: £30 of bingo staked before it converts. Deposit £100 and the cap binds exactly — £100 of bonus, £300 to play through.

The multiple is not the problem, though Dotty Bingo reviews tend to stop there. Three other conditions are. How wagering requirements work sets out what a requirement actually costs.

The bonus works on bingo only, so the 300-plus slots on the same site cannot clear it. It expires two days after award. And the offer has to be claimed within 48 hours of registering, which quietly excludes anyone who signs up and comes back at the weekend.

Deposits for the offer must come from a debit card. Beyond the welcome bonus, the promotional terms weight most slots and bingo at 100% towards wagering and drop a named list to 75%. 18+. T&Cs apply. Free confidential support is at GamCare on 0808 8020 133.

Ongoing promotions

Three, and each one requires money in within the last seven days.

Daily Deal spins a reel for freebies or deposit offers, for players who deposited in the previous seven days. Free Spins Thursday gives spins on one of three games, needs £10 deposited in the last seven days, runs Thursdays only from 00:00 to 23:59, and must be opted into.

Loyalty Tokens build up on cash stakes and convert to cash prizes, for depositing players only. Every one carries 3x bingo and 10x casino wagering, game weighting and a two-day expiry.

Nothing here is available to a player who has not deposited in a week. For a site whose appeal is a cheap evening in a bingo room, that is a real gap.

Games, rooms and the payout floor

The site advertises “over 300 top online slots and casino games” and does not name the studios supplying them anywhere on its own pages, read on 10 August 2026.

The bingo rooms are specific, which helps. Bingo Deal is a 52-ball card-themed room running 24 hours. Beachball Blast is 90-ball with tickets from 2p. Easy Peasy is 75-ball from 6pm daily, and Flip It is 90-ball from 5pm.

Then there is the figure most Dotty Bingo reviews never quote. Broadway Gaming publishes its bingo payout rates as ranging from 65% to in excess of 100%, the top end applying where a guaranteed prize is not covered by ticket sales. Sixty-five per cent is the operator’s own floor, not an outside estimate.

Getting your money out

Point What the terms say
Minimum withdrawal £10
Withdrawals under £10 Arranged through support, £2 service fee
Effect on a bonus Withdrawing forfeits any remaining bonus balance
Processing time Not published on the site
Dormant accounts £5 a month after 12 months of inactivity

Two of those rows deserve more attention than Dotty Bingo reviews give them.

The minimum withdrawal is £10 and anything below it costs £2 through support — a charge that can only ever land on the smallest balances. And an account left alone for twelve months starts losing £5 a month until it reaches zero, after at least 30 days’ notice.

The general terms give no processing time for any payment method, so there is no operator commitment to measure a slow payout against.

Withdrawal limits and verification

Broadway Gaming runs an electronic identity check against public records, then asks for a government photo ID and a utility bill, payslip or bank statement dated within three months.

Until those are accepted the account can be restricted, transactions blocked and withdrawals stopped. Sending documents when you open the account, rather than when you first try to cash out, is the way to avoid the delay that generates most complaints.

Depositing

Ten pounds minimum. Debit cards only for the welcome offer, and eWallets are excluded from the standing bonus rules — fund the account with one and the promotional side of the site quietly stops applying to you.

What most Dotty Bingo reviews miss

  • It is the same site as nine others. Same offer, same rooms, same terms, one account.
  • The 48-hour claim window and two-day expiry. Both bite before the wagering multiple ever matters.
  • £2 to withdraw under £10, charged only when a balance is already small.
  • £5 a month once an account goes dormant at twelve months.
  • A published bingo payout floor of 65%.

One more, and it is a straightforward accuracy problem. The bonus straplines across the site still point players to GambleAware.org, which ceased operating on 31 March 2026 — while the site’s own safer gambling page correctly names GamCare. The operator fixed one and not the other.

What players say, and what Dotty Bingo reviews leave out

Trustpilot shows 4.0 out of 5 from 1,792 reviews, read on 10 August 2026. That is more than twice the review volume of any other Broadway bingo brand, which makes Dotty Bingo the most-used of the ten by this measure.

The distribution is the interesting part: 75% five-star, 15% one-star, and 10% spread across two, three and four. Scores do not usually cluster at both ends unless two different things are happening to two different groups of players.

The profile is claimed, sits on a paid Trustpilot subscription, and the operator has replied to 92% of negative reviews. Glossy Bingo, running the same software, lands at 3.9 from 776 with the same shape. The full listing is on Dotty Bingo’s Trustpilot profile.

Mobile and apps

Browser-based on a phone. No native Dotty Bingo app is published on the site’s own pages.

Customer support

Email at [email protected] and live chat. No phone number, and no published hours for either channel.

Complaints escalate to the Head of Customer Support at Broadway Gaming, with a target of a final response or a position update inside eight weeks. That is the regulatory ceiling rather than a service standard.

Is Dotty Bingo safe?

Dotty Bingo is UK-licensed, so deposits sit under British rules and a dispute can be escalated beyond the operator. Broadway Gaming Limited holds account 39075, running since November 2014 with no regulatory actions recorded.

Its protection-of-funds statement keeps customer money in accounts separate from the business, at what it calls medium protection: segregated, with arrangements to return it on insolvency, but not held in trust. What a British licence covers explains the difference.

Responsible gambling tools

Deposit and financial limits, account verification controls and a player protection section all sit in the footer. GAMSTOP is signposted for self-exclusion and blocks every operator licensed in Great Britain at once.

On a ten-brand account that distinction is the whole point: excluding yourself at Dotty Bingo alone leaves Glossy, Rosy, Butlers and the rest open. GamCare and its 24/7 helpline appear on the same page. Our responsible gambling page covers the tools that work across every operator.

Who Dotty Bingo suits, and who should skip it

It suits an evening bingo player who deposits most weeks. A 3x requirement on a £10 deposit is £30 of tickets to turn £10 of bonus into cash, which is among the softer terms available in Britain.

Skip it if slots are what you actually play: the bonus will not touch them and the bingo payout floor is 65%. Skip it if you play occasionally, because every ongoing promotion is locked behind a deposit in the last seven days.

And skip it if you already have an account at any other Broadway brand. You would be opening the same site again. Wowcher Bingo sits with a different operator if you want somewhere genuinely separate.

If gambling has stopped being entertainment, GAMSTOP, GamCare and GamBan are free and confidential.

Frequently asked questions

Which sites are Dotty Bingo sister sites?

Nine others share Broadway Gaming Limited's account 39075: Glossy Bingo, Rosy Bingo, Butlers Bingo, Bingo Diamond, Fluffy Wins, Casino of Dreams, Casino Fantastico, Jungle Reels and Lucky247. All were marked active on the Gambling Commission register on 10 August 2026.

What is the Dotty Bingo welcome offer?

100% of your first deposit up to £100, usable on bingo only. Minimum deposit £10, wagering 3x the bonus, and the bonus expires two days after award. The offer has to be claimed within 48 hours of registering and funded by debit card. 18+. T&Cs apply.

Can you use the Dotty Bingo bonus on slots?

No. The welcome bonus is playable on bingo games only, even though the site advertises over 300 slots and casino games. Once you are past the welcome bonus, game weighting applies: most slots and bingo count 100% towards wagering and a named list of slots counts 75%.

What are Dotty Bingo's bingo payout rates?

Broadway Gaming publishes them as variable, ranging from 65% to in excess of 100%. The figure goes above 100% only in games where a guaranteed prize is not covered by ticket sales. The 65% floor is the operator's own published number.

Does Dotty Bingo charge a dormancy fee?

Yes. An account with no deposit, withdrawal or bet for twelve consecutive months is classed as dormant and charged £5 a month until the balance reaches zero. At least 30 days' notice is given beforehand, and logging in reactivates the account.
